Size exchange and refund

Didn't Ahinsa shoes® fit you? That's no problem, we will either exchange your shoes for another size or you can send them back to us within 14 days for a refund. In both cases, you carry the costs for returning goods back to us. If exchanging the shipping costs for delivering the NEW pair are on us.

Quick size exchange

We want to live in a world where every step is comfortable. That's why we want Ahinsa shoes® to fit you perfectly. We will be happy to change your shoes for a different size within 14 days.

The shoes we have in stock will be sent to you by the 2nd day. If we do not have your Ahinsa shoes in stock, we will send them as soon as we make them.

And how?

1. Try on your shoes AT HOME.

2. They don't fit? Send us an email to info@ahinsashoes.com and tell us which size you're going to need.

3. We'll send you a new pair the next day.

4. In the meantime, pack the clean shoes back in the box, and add this form (you will also find it in a shoe box)

For size exchange we can accept only shoes that are 100% clean and not worn - we exchange only new shoes / new "just tried indoors" shoes. (We video-document the shoes accepted for exchange to back up any claims).

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer.

Making a refund

You can also return the shoes within 14 days. You don't need to give a reason. Again, this only applies to shoes that you have tried at home, not outside. Thank you for following this condition so that Ahinsa shoes® can make someone else happy.

How to do it?

1. Please, fill in this short form for a refund.

2. Only send shoes that are clean. Just pack them in the box they came in, add the form and seal it.

Warranty claim/complaint

Something wrong? We'll fix it.

How to proceed?

Please fill out this online warranty complaint form and send it together with a photo of the shoe defect. We will inform you by email about the receipt of your complaint and its solution.

If you purchased the shoes elsewhere than in our e-shop or store in Londýnská street in Prague, please get in touch with the seller with your complaint. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information on complaints.
