Hemp is a natural miracle.

It’s ecological, requiring almost no water to grow, and hemp fabrics are extremely durable and breathable. That’s why we chose hemp for our summer barefoot shoes, so your feet stay dry.

Our shoes are specially designed by physiotherapists so that every step you take engages your kinetic chain and stimulates your brain.

Wear healthy shoes made from organic hemp.

Good to know: Hemp shoes can feel a little stiff at the beginning. But hang in there, the material will completely adapt to your feet after one to two weeks of wear.

  • Designed by physiotherapists for ultimate comfort and a healthy stride
  • Handmade in the Czech Republic and Croatia
  • 100% vegan
  • Organic hemp: eco-friendly and durable
  • CF+ Ultra Dry lining wicks moisture away from your feet

BAREFOOT LINE:
FREE YOUR FEET

Have you ever noticed how your shoes have a completely different shape than your feet? Ordinary shoes restrict and cramp your feet, so you can’t wait to take them off at the end of the day.

Try wearing barefoot shoes, which give your toes the natural space and flexibility they need. In Ahinsa shoes, every step you take becomes a gentle massage for your feet — and your brain. Did you know that walking barefoot stimulates brain centers

And that’s not all. Wearing barefoot shoes also:

  • Activates your entire kinetic chain
  • Engages your core stabilization system
  • Supports the function of your internal organs

Wear shoes that respect the natural shape and elasticity of your feet

Hemp: Strong, sturdy, and ecological

The American flag was made from hemp. Levi Strausss stitched his jeans from hemp. And we also fell in love with hemp at Ahinsa shoes. It’s good for your feet and it doesn’t hurt the planet.

By nature, the hemp plant is simple. It doesn’t need irrigation, pesticides, or fertilizer to grow. That’s why hemp fabric has such great qualities.

It’s naturally antibacterial, durable and even naturally blocks 95 % of the harmful UV rays in sunlight. Let your feet breathe in hemp that keeps you dry and cool as you walk the world.

Good to know: Hemp shoes might feel a little stiff in the beginning. Hang in there, in 1 to 2 weeks of wear the material will completely adjust to you.

  • Sturdy and durable
  • Grown and processed in the EU
  • Ecological
  • Naturally antibacterial
  • Fabric weight: 574 g/m2

CF ULTRADRY LINING:
DRY FEET EVEN IN THE HOT SUMMER

We've been looking for a lining that would look after your feet for a long time. A lining that breathes and wicks moisture away from your feet. And we found it.

It's called Cruelty Free UltraDry. It looks like leather, but it's so much better. 60% of this lining comes from corn polymer, a natural and easily recyclable material. We also love this lining for what it can do. It absorbs up to 8 times its weight in water, so your feet stay dry.

  • Wicks away moisture from your feet
  • Antibacterial
  • Silky smooth to the touch
  • Ecological and easily recyclable material

LIFO+:
EXTRA FLEXIBLE SOLE THAT LASTS FOR YEARS

You'll conquer any terrain with the German Lifo+ outsole. It's lightweight and as flexible as your feet. And it doesn't slip even on wet surfaces (we tried it).
Wondering if they'll last? We've worked that out, too. We chose an extra-durable German compound that won't scuff easily.

  • Thin and lightweight sole
  • Reliable even on wet surfaces
  • Maximum flexibility
  • Resists wear and tear

As healthy as walking barefoot, study confirms

Your stride is healthy and natural in Ahinsa shoes, studies carried out at Masaryk University confirm.

According to the research, Ahinsa shoes allow your foot to engage just like when you walk barefoot. By contrast, ordinary shoes restrict your feet and block their natural sensory contact with the ground.

Do something for your health, today.

Physiotherapists about Ahinsa shoes®

★★★★★

Ahinsa shoes allow the feet natural movement because they provide plenty of place for the toes. The thin and flexible outsole gives the feet a chance to optimally perceive the ground. We must mention the ethical and ecolgical production in the Czech Republic. All this makes the Ahinsa shoes an ideal choice for anyone who wants more than just the shoes and wants to enjoy a real walk.

★★★★★

Ahinsa shoes are for me beautiful, original Czech barefoot schoes, which are characterized by careful craftsmanship and the use of high quality materials - natural or recycled. They provide enough space for the fornt of the foot, which is necessary for the correct posture of the toes and which also influences the posture of the whole body.
