How to choose your size?
It’s easy – and if your shoes don’t fit, no big deal.
We will be happy to change your shoes for a different size or you can send them back for a refund within 14 days.
How do I correctly measure my feet?
You’ll need a measuring tape/yardstick and a box (or another flat object).
- Stand with your heel completely against the wall.
- Place the box (or another object with a straight edge) in front of your foot so that it’s touching your big toe.
- Put your full weight on your foot.
- Hold the box and lift the foot so that the box does not move.
- Measure the distance from the box to the edge of the paper. Please note, measure perpendicular to the short side of the paper!
Don’t forget to add an additional 0.5 - 1 cm (0.2 - 0.39 in) to give your feet the natural space they need. In healthy shoes, the foot works naturally and dynamically. Don't be afraid if your shoe is about 1 cm "bigger" - that's alright.
Still not sure? Ask us.
No one knows our shoes and what your feet naturally need better than us. We’re happy to help you choose the right ones.
- Trace an outline of both of your feet on a piece of paper. Make sure you keep your pen or pencil upright and avoid drawing under each foot.
- Note down your foot measurements on the paper.
- Always measure perpendicular to the edges of the paper.
- Scan or take a picture of the outline and send it to us at info@ahinsashoes.com.
- Add a photo of your feet as an attachment to your email.
In 2 days, we’ll tell you exactly what size and models are the best match for you.
