Healthy steps start with your feet. Give them a gentle stimulus that helps them better sense the ground beneath them.
Developed in collaboration with physiotherapists, our Active Insoles gently stimulate the longitudinal arch, giving your feet more sensory information about their contact with the ground. This helps them engage more naturally when walking and standing.
There is no rigid correction or passive fixation. Instead, the insoles encourage your feet's own natural function. Even a long day on your feet can become an opportunity to give them something extra.
- Designed with physiotherapists
- Gently stimulate your feet
- Encourage active foot function
- Improve ground awareness
Who are Active Insoles for?
Whether you're on your feet all day or simply want to give them a little more attention, Active Insoles help you become more aware of every step.
- You're interested in healthy walking and natural movement
- You want to improve awareness of your feet
- You spend a lot of time walking or standing
- You wear barefoot or anatomically-shaped shoes
How to use Active Insoles
Give your feet time to adjust to the new sensation. A gradual introduction will help you get the most from your Active Insoles.
- Start slowly – try them for a short 10–30 minute walk
- Gradually increase wear time according to how they feel
- If they feel comfortable, you can wear them every day
- Trim them to fit your footwear if needed
Active Insoles are designed to be worn barefoot. You can easily adjust the intensity by wearing socks – thin socks soften the stimulation slightly, while thicker socks reduce it further.
